Right of Withdrawal

As the products offered are individually created, personalized digital content, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 1 and No. 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

By completing the purchase process, the customer expressly agrees that Sonoraia begins with the execution of the service before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once execution begins.

A withdrawal after the start of production is excluded.
